Delivery conditions and delivery dates
The goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address at the shipping prices shown - within Austria EUR 3.00 / Germany EUR 5.00 / other EU countries EUR 7.00.If your country is not on the list, please contact us by e-mail.
Orders will be processed within 3 working days after receipt of payment and shipped according to the delivery conditions with the Austrian Post. You will receive a track & trace code from us by e-mail.
Right of exchange and return of goods
(1) You have the right, if for any reason you are unhappy with your newly purchased KINDL Design, to return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of this section, without giving any reason and with sufficient postage.
(2) The product can be returned to the following address: KINDL Atelier, Kandlgasse 5A,1070 Vienna, Austria
(3) All items returned in this way will be checked by us. Purchased products must be returned with all packaging material and product descriptions and must not show any signs of use. A return will be refused if:
- traces of use are visible
- the product is returned without the original packaging and without product descriptions
- the product is damaged due to transportation or insufficiently protective packaging
- carriage forward (postage paid by recipient) returns will not be accepted
We will only refund the purchase price. Duties, taxes and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
(4) If the product has quality defects or was not ordered by you, we will gladly refund the purchase price, the transportation costs for the return, the customs duties and taxes incurred (enclosed receipts), as well as the original shipping costs. The products will not be taken back if they show signs of use, such as
- Traces based on normal wear and tear
- Traces of improper use
- Interventions by the buyer or third parties
- Extreme use or extreme influence by the customer
- Force majeure, for example natural disasters
(5) If the product is lost during return transportation, no costs will be refunded.
We therefore recommend sending the product back insured (registered mail) or with a provider that offers Track&Trace.
